There are two important types of billing information that Predict Mobile uses to assess your mobile usage. These are the ‘itemised bill’ and the ‘summary bill’. For different networks, there is a different process to accessing each. The data can be uploaded either automatically or manually, dependant on which network your business contract is with.

  • O2 is for all O2 reports – only one billing engine can only be manually uploaded
  • Vodafone data extract is MyVodafone – this can be automatically and manually
  • EE data extract is from the EE Mobile Manager, this can be automatically uploaded automatically and manually
  • Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO) data extract is Vodafone VCO billing platform which can only be uploaded manually
